Chris Reagh

DVM
Dr. Chris Reagh attended The Ohio State University for undergrad and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University in 2011.

He started his veterinary career as an emergency veterinarian in Des Moines, IA.  He continued to practice emergency medicine in Madison, WI for 5 years.  In 2016,  Dr. Reagh returned to his hometown of Oxford where he practices as a general practitioner and leads the OVH team as Medical Director. 

Dr. Reagh’s interests include soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography and emergency/critical care.

Andrea Mears

DVM
Dr.  Andrea Mears graduated in 1999 from Purdue University.

She has been practicing small animal medicine ever since. She and her husband Bill have 2 children and enjoy horseback riding in their free time.

Chantel Raghu

DVM, DACVIM
Dr. Chantel Raghu is a board certified Internal Medicine Specialist.

She received her DVM from Ross University where she met her husband, Dr. Chris Reagh. She completed her small animal rotating internship at Iowa State University and then her internal medicine residency at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Internal medicine is a broad specialty that involves the diagnosis and care of complicated cases involving the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, lungs, infectious disease, endocrine conditions, and auto-immune disease. Dr. Raghu has a special interest in minimally invasive techniques to provide a more comfortable experience for her patients such as endoscopy for both diagnosis of GI conditions and removal of foreign bodies in the stomach. She lives in Oxford with her husband and two energetic rescue dogs, Peter and Iggy.  Chantel is excited to bring specialty medicine to the Oxford area.

Judi Vinch

DVM
Dr. Judi Vinch is a graduate from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Vinch has been practicing in the Washington DC area for 19 years. Her areas of interest include feline medicine and surgery, as well as general soft tissue surgery.  Dr Vinch is married and has one son who is attending college in Virginia.  She lives with her husband and handsome Golden Retriever, Ace, and in her off time they have been enjoying exploring our local trails.
